The CSTR anaerobic fermentation method is adopted in the biogas (power generation or natural gas) project to convert the mixture of straw and livestock manure into biogas. The power generation is connected to the grid through biogas generating units, and the waste heat of power generation is used to heat the fermentation tank. (Rich heat energy can be obtained by using lithium bromide refrigerant to produce cold gas, which can also be supplied directly.) Biogas can also be purified into biogas with methane content greater than 96% (similar to or even higher than fossil natural gas) by water washing technology. Biogas can be pressurized to produce CNG and LNG products, while by-product industrial carbon dioxide can be used for greenhouse insulation and welding protection gas.
